Outside of psychotherapy, I offer in-person and virtual consulting for
Clinical Training & Organizational Development

Through consulting and 1:1 sessions, I support the development and wellbeing of clinicians and teams who provide therapy, advocacy, or social services.
Clinical Supervision
Over the course of my career, I’ve been on both sides of the supervisory relationship: as both a supervisor and supervisee. I know the importance of this relationship and how difficult it can be to find the right fit.
I began offering clinical supervision to provide a supportive space for social workers to challenge themselves to explore identity, power, and systems in their clinical work and stretch their skills as they develop their therapeutic voice. I currently provide clinical supervision to clinicians working toward their LCSW licensure in appropriate NYC-based settings.
Together, the folks I supervise and I work to:
Identify clinical needs and provide high levels of care to patients
Explore psychoanalytic theories, including projection and transference
Center anti-racist values and analyze power and systems
Identify and address their ongoing training and development needs
Explore our own supervisory relationship
Consulting Services
The structures we work within greatly impact our wellbeing and ability to provide sustainable, high-quality services to people and communities. Because of this important connection, I help organizations enhance their staff supports and internal operations. I specialize in settings that work at the intersection of social justice and mental health, including non-profits, courts, and community-based organizations.
My organizational development support can look like:
Facilitating staff wellness groups (addressing vicarious trauma/burnout, impact of COVID-19, racial violence)
Designing and developing program policies and procedures (e.g., crisis interventions, safety planning)
Clinical consultation (e.g., client services, supervision practices)
Facilitating skills-based workshops (e.g., crisis de-escalation, social work ethics)
Training managers (e.g., how to provide and receive feedback)
